Welcome to Rancho Palos Verdes

An upscale, suburban paradise stretching along the Peninsula

Along the top of the southeastern side of the Palos Verdes Peninsula stretches a serene oasis. Secluded from the bustle of the nearby urban areas, this upscale suburban community still provides everything its residents need, including great schools and stellar amenities. It’s also home to iconic spots such as Wayfarers Chapel and the Historic Point Vicente Lighthouse as well as an incredibly scenic coastal drive.

Originally home to cattle ranchers and shepherds, the sweeping ocean views of Rancho Palos Verdes soon caught the eye of wealthy Los Angeles locals looking for the serenity and space available in the south bay area.

Like most of the Peninsula, Rancho Palos Verdes is characterized by large homes that rest on spacious lots. Stunning views of the ocean and lush landscapes are found around every corner, bringing this already upscale community to the next level.
