About Janet Stearns

Born and raised on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Janet brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of real estate.  Her experience includes helping clients buy and sell residential and investment properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the South Bay, Beach Cities, and surrounding areas.  She and her team specialize in preparing their listings for sale to get the highest price possible.  This includes recommending tradespeople for painting, flooring, home repairs, landscaping, etc.  Her background starts from childhood as the daughter of a building contractor, her personal management of over 100 flip properties, management of the new construction of her own custom home, and owning and managing her multi-family and industrial properties.  She is affiliated with the following real estate organizations – National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, Palos Verdes Board of REALTORS®, Certified Palos Verdes Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and recipient of many awards from her Broker.
